HOW TO MANAGE COMMISSIONS AND SALES
Your sales can be generated in 3 ways:
Subscriptions
When a person pays for a subscription to your profile,
you get their user information here. And you earn per sale here.
You don't have to do anything, just wait for the time to process your withdrawals
Shop
If a person purchases a standard or commercial license of your artwork, you will receive an email where we will notify you, you just have to wait for the time to withdraw your earnings.

Commissions
When users request your commissions, we will notify you by email.
You must deliver your work within the stipulated time and you will be able to withdraw your earnings after the client confirms that they have received their files.
How to manage your commissions
Step 1.
Check that someone has actually requested a commission at Dashboard.
Be attentive to the date of the request, since the deadline is calculated according to what you have entered in the delivery time.
The date on which your client confirmed that the work was successfully completed will be shown in the list of commissions.
Start interacting with your client through the chatroom. But make sure you know the commission control window that allows you to process final delivery and revisions.
CHATROOMS
* Use chatrooms to communicate with your clients.
* Respond respectfully and promptly to the questions.
* Do not send personal information, emails or your nick of social networks in Chat.
* If you send the final art in the chatroom, the client will not be able to confirm the delivery, in this case use the actions buttons.
* We cannot guarantee your earnings for your commission if you deliver the material outside the drawforall platform.
Step 2
Commission Control
Use the "Actions" button associated with your commission to control the interactions you need to have with your customer.
Use the "Open Chat" button to open or continue a conversation.
Each button in the "Commission Control" window is an action that must have a response from your client in order to continue.
Considerations
* The "Commission Control" window includes your client's information, name and package type, as well as the delivery files and number of revisions allowed.
* If you have offered extra values in the description of your commission you must comply with your offer.
* By having two commissions to deliver, the rest of your commissions will not be shown to the public, however, your active clients will be able to see the description of the requested commission to corroborate your deliveries.
* Be responsible and deliver your orders within the time you scheduled yourself.
* We secure your payment before you begin processing the commission, if you decide to change the price during the process, it will be taken into account for the next purchase.
* Does your client need extra products than those offered in your commission? Then create a temporary commission to bid the job, then you can deactivate it.
Step 3
Delivery date
To start, confirm or change the delivery date. In case of changes, be sure to discuss it in advance with your client in the chat
You will find the answers to each action in the status column, as well as the date your client responded.
Once the delivery date is accepted by the client, the buttons will be activated to upload sketches and final or revision files.
Step 4
Upload Sketch
Use sketches to show progress of your work or to clarify doubts.
Use low resolution jpg or png format.
When your client sees the sketch it will be automatically marked as "viewed".
Step 5
Uploading final files and revisions
Upload the files to be delivered in a zip, and don't forget to mark all the content offered with a check.
Your client may request revisions if they do not agree with the delivery or confirm the completion of the work.
If the client consumes the revisions you have offered, the delivery will be completed.
Remember, resolve any questions in the chat, and keep an eye on the review counter
